The guy serving us was called Des..who put us completely at our ease by listening to our needs,taking us to the mattress we wanted,allowing us to try it,put no pressure on us to buy straight away,very helpful with how we could get a good deal financially...great manner and very appproachable.We left the store with all the info we needed.Came back on the 23rd and bought what we wanted and the same man helped us once more.He was very polite,friendly and professional.

The customer service guy Richard was thorough in showing me what is best for me. I was particular about my comfort on the bed without any ache and he was precised in leading me to it. Also allowed me to make my choice without applying any pressure. I had quality of time with the staff and he was friendly and warm.
