I was served by Nancy who I felt was a very welcoming and professional employee, who not only gave great customer service but also advised me when purchasing the correct Bed/Mattress as per my requirements. I would highly recommend her to any other visiting customers.

The Assistant ,Nancy was most helpful, polite and knowledgeable about the product and did not pressurise us into purchase. Altogether a pleasant experience.

My girlfriend and I were highly satisfied from the start of our first dreams experience because the store was open very early saturday morning helping us shop with our busy life styles. We were greeted by a lovely lady who told us to take our time and try anything we wanted, we felt ease of shopping as we could just get on with it rather than being followed round the shop by salesman at the sofa shops! We were offered tea which always helps me makes good decisions that early on a Saturday! The lovely lady called Nancy gave us great advise about the different mattresses and explained in full detail the difference in mattresses and there different layers, I did not even know you could get gel mattresses! We decided to purchase a king size bed with a gel mattress with a head board which I'm very happy about, we even got two free pillows which was the cherry on top. I will recommend dreams to friends and family members.

We were seen straight away but not pressurised into buying which was very nice, we had a good idea of what we wanted and this was taken into account by the salesman and he advised us on the different types of mattress's and we quickly made up our minds.

The sales consultant Nancy @ Dartford store was fantastic. She identified my needs and helped me find the wright product for me. The price was a lot cheaper than expected and the delivery time was faster than expected. All it great service.

Richard, the assistant at Dreams in Dartford was very helpful and polite and patient whilst we went through different beds, mattresses, headboards and explained everything to us in detail to our understanding. Overall very pleasant visit and got the bed frame we wanted for our new house. Liked also the fact that we haven't moved house yet and were told that we can order it to nearest moving date as possible but could always change it - you don't get that service with the likes of DFS! Brilliant - thank you.
