We were very impressed with the sales representatives approach, he wasn't encroaching or applying any pressure, just made himself available for any assistance if required. However, he also offered knowledgeable advice based on our individual requirements, and managed to arrange delivery around our very busy schedule. Very efficient and pleasant experience.

Staff was really helpful esp Nancy who showed us various mattresses. She also offered us key insights.

The member of staff was very helpful and attentive to understand what I was looking for. He explained the quote and finance plan in a clear and concise way.

We knew what bed we wanted and was told that if we were to buy that same day we would receive free 10 year guarantee which was a plus and a big save and also that we could actually win the bed if we entered this competition which is an even bigger plus, we couldn't resist the bed then! We've never bought a brand new bed, they have all been second hand preciously so we are very excited!

Des was great sale manager, he wasn't pushy however was there when when we had any questions. He managed to get the price slightly lower which meant we could get the products we wanted. Des was interested in our circumstances of buying a house and out our mind at ease to delivery check avalibility prior to purchase. Des was friendly attentive and all round nice guy. Excellent customer service provided. I went into Gravensend branch a couple of weeks prior to purchasing at Dartford and had to walk. Out because the salesman was so pushy and I just couldn't bare for him to continue talking to us. We had voided this store and was not going to return to Dreams but thought we would give the Dartford branch a try and I can honestly say Dartford was far better and Des was great.

The listening ear of the staff and willingness to assist was secon to non. My hasitancy did not in anyway iritate him. Outword friendliness and his knowledge was second to non.
