my partner and I were looking for a different type of bed than the one we had had before and that had to have storage. Richard, the Dream store college walked us through all the options showing us around the show room and through a catalogue until we found the type of bed we wanted. after purchasing we realised we had mistakenly ordered a double bed instead of a king size to match the mattress but we were still in the store. we returned to Richard and he changed the order on the system and wrote a hand written receipt which he then followed up with a phone message the next day. could not be happier with the service

We were able to find and purchase a high quality bed within mintues of being in the store and being assisted. We didn't have to wait around for long for someone to assist us.

We were served by Desmond and I asked him a number of questions and his responses assisted my wife and I in making a decision regarding our purchase. He had a good level of knowledge regarding the individual beds.
