The assistant was really helpful, listened to my 11 year old daughter who the bed was for and really tried to find what she needed and not the most expensive either!

because i was in a rush to buy a bed and the assistants were very helpfull with the purchase and the speed they compleated my order for me even though they had certain procedures to follow it helped me knowing that they understood why i was in a rush they were very profetional at all times would recomend dreams to everyone.

We likes Des's attitude. He put us in the right direction of our needs but then left us well alone so that we could decide what we wanted without any pressure. When we then required his guidance and assistance, he was immediately attentive. A good but pressure-free salesman.
