The two staff were very friendly and put us at rest. They listen carefully to what we were looking for and were able to provide 3/4 choices. They negotiated on the price to under cut the competitors Bensons. They even negotiated a couple of pillows and quilt. I purchased two beds for my grown up Grandsons and was extremely pleased. I found the member of staff helping me with my purchase very approachable and friendly, he gave me lots of advice on the different mattresses on offer. I like the open plan style of the shop and I found the beds on offer were better quaility and design than the other bed shops I had visited.
