Craig was extremely helpful and had fantastic product knowledge. Myself and my husband have very opposite needs and Craig helped us compromise, his upsell was text book!

Returned to dreams after eight years to buy new mattress. On arrival was met with a friendly member of staff called Nancy who was helpful knoledgeable without being pushy or false. Nancy took time to answer all my questions and was happy to reassure me when I kept asking same thing regarding products.

The young man serving us was attentive and very helpful, he was pleasant and knowledgeable. We were in there for a long time and were very indecisive regarding bed frame and the salesman was really good even offering me coffee which I thought was a nice touch.

The sales consultant that served us was polite, highly knowledgeable about the products and found us exactly what we were looking for within our budget.

I was dreading this shopping trip! I am fed up with over-helpful assistants who do not listen! How pleasantly surprised I was to find your Dartford store a pleasure to visit. Craig, your helpful but non-intrusive assistant was delightful. He actually listened to what this old fogey was looking for and made my whole shopping experience most enjoyable (there, I never thought I would be saying that!) I (and my other half) are more than happy with our purchase and are looking forward to receiving our lovely new bed on 10 September.

The assistant was knowledgable about the product, spent time helping us,but allowed us to make up our own mind in our own time. Made helpful suggestions about suitable products.
