Was not badgered and could stroll around store. Assistant only intervened when we asked for help. Assistant was very very helpful polite and professional. A throughly excellent experience

Staff very friendly and helpful. Wide variety of products to choose from. Found the sleep match very good. Offered a drink of water.

Because I was looking for a certain type of mattress that also was in my price range and found exactly what I was looking for with thanks to the assistance of your assistants in the store I visited. And also quick delivery to suit my needs was shocked that I could even have it delivered the very next day if I wanted it to be. I was very satisfied with the whole shopping experience.

The customer service we received was second to none and we was very impressed with the sales assistant Kate. She made sure we was buying the correct mattress for us and our needs and the time for delivery is very quick!
