Very friendly and helpful. On our second visit to the store, the sales advisor we had been talking to on our first visit was already serving a customer but spared a minute to say hello and to let her know if we needed anything. Excellent customer service from both Sale Advisor and Manager. Thank you.

The Assistant was very helpful and knew her stuff, it was all very quick, easy and painless. Very much like the idea of having all the different mattresses out to try, so you should end up with something that is comfortable and of your own personal preference.

We was acknowledged within 20 seconds of walking in to the store. The manager greeted us and was very polite and interested in what we was after. He offered us various different mattresses to try after he asked us about our needs. Once we had found the mattress we told him what style frame we wanted he offered us 2 different type of frames and gave us his honest opinion on these and we chose after discussing this with him. We sat down and discussed payment options and we were completed with the whole process within half an hour with 2 happy children and a happy husband. Thank you very much.

The store manager assisted me and my partner. We wandered around for a few minutes then he came along and tlked us through all the types of beds there where...what mattresses where good, we tested the mattresses instore to so how they felt. He was all in all the most polite, helpful store manager we had ever met and we managed to find the perfect bed and spent over £2000! Brilliant so happy.

I was promptly attended to and Richard was very friendly, well informed, and supportive despite our limited budget. We left having not made a decision and the reception was equally warm when we came back. He offered my pregnant wife a glass of water!

Wasn't rushed into making a decision and given every opportunity to make the correct decision.

The store layout was nice and easy to explore and compare different mattress. The store assistant was very helpful and spend considerable time explaining the different mattress and answered all my questions which helped me decided on the mattress best fit for my requirement. The Billing process was very easy and quick. Overall had a pleasant experience in the store and left very satisfied with the purchase.
