The man that helped me choose my mattress was friendly helpful and knew what he was talking about. The store was cllean and easy access to get to.

Desmond (who assisted us) welcomed us to the store and allowed us time to browse rather than pestering us whilst we were looking round. When we were ready for help he was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, letting us know of available offers.

I was greeted quickly and assisted immediately. The person whom served me was very knowledgeable and helpful. I quickly found what I needed and made my purchase.

Nancy made us feel like she had all the time in the world to help us. She spoke to us personally and quickly built up a rapport with us. We had already walked out of another store due to the attitude of the staff so Nancy really did close the sale. Huge thanks to Nancy

craig, was not pushy, knew what we wanted within a few questions, guided use to the correct bed for us, very pleased so far, getting bed on 20/10/15 hope it felt as good as one in shop.

The member off staff was very helpful and knew alot of useful information about all of the beds and mattreses in store . All members of staff were very polite in the dartford dreams .
