The sales rep (Richard) was immensely helpful with straight forward information about the products we were interested in testing or buying and allowed us to make our decisions without any unnecessary pressure.

Joeseph at the Dartford branch of Dreams was very helpful and dealt with our purchase in very professional manner. He explained everything thoroughly and asked us if we were happy at all and if we need anything explaining then to just ask. Very helpful and pleasant young man!

Richard was helpful from the moment we arrived at the store,was keen to show our order to explain the details of the delverey process.

Hi, I was very satisfied with the assistance and advice that I received. The only problem was the item that I originally wanted was not available to after xmas ( 6 weeks) which I thought was quite a long time. However, Mark who served me was very honest about this. He also suggested some alternatives one of which I went ahead and purchased.

We're given time to look around first, didn't feel pounced on, sales person was happy to walk away and not pushy. When needing help, full attention was given. Very quick service and flexible with price, very accomidating to our needs. Walked out havin felt happy with order and was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Great service

The staff were friendly and helpful, i was served very quickly and the guy knew about each bed and explained all the products to us carefully.

Visited the Dartford store with my 88 year old mother to buy her a new bed an experience I was not looking forward to, but on entering you store it became clear that your staff would give her all the time she needed and answered all questions calmly and clearly sometimes repeating the answer a few times when and if needed. your staff member Des is a credit to your company well done DREAMS.

Richard was very attentive and polite, he had good product knowledge and was willing to share different ideas to meet our needs. He offered us refreshments whilst we were browsing. Although we did not take him up on this offer it was a nice gesture. The only disappointing thing was, having made a decision, we were advised when placing the order that the bed was out of stock and that it would be 4 to 6 weeks before delivery could be made. However, Richard was very informative about delivery and contact prior to delivery. Also, what to expect when delivery is made. This is not the first time I have used this store and would use it again. Full marks to Richard.

I walked in at 17.50 and had placed my order by 17.55.
