Dreams - Dartford

You had exactly what we wanted and in the right couler so we was very happy with the service just as before when we orders our matrice,thank you Dreams every thing went like a dream. Happy customers ☺

My wife and I had been browsing for mattresses online through the Dreams website for a few days, we narrowed our search down to 3 specific mattresses and decided to go to a local Dreams store to experience them a bit closer. We were assisted by a very friendly member of staff named Richard. We knew what we were looking for as soon as we entered the store and Richard was great help in helping us locate the 3 mattresses we were looking for. I have been having some back and neck problems lately and Richard was very helpful with his extensive knowledge in helping us choose firm rates and which option would be the best in our situation. Initially we had a budget of around £500 - £600, the fact that a 20% sale was in place was a nice surprise and helped us in choosing a mattress slightly above our budget, bringing down the final cost to our initial budget range.

Non-pushy sales member, took a lot of time to discuss options and price implications. Gave us space to discuss with each other then returned to help again

We were made to feel very comfortable and were not rushed when trying out the beds. All our questions were answered and so were very pleased with the service received.

I had just come from Bensons across the road where I asked by 4 separate staff if I need help when I just wanted to look about the store. In Dreams I had time to look about before being approached by the very helpful Richard. Richard asked what I was after and explained the way the store was laid out which made us finding a bed much easier. The colour coding system is simple and as a result brilliant. After Richard had given an introduction to the store and helped us figure out what we wanted we went about the store finding a bed we liked. I then asked for Richard’s advice on 4 separate occasions and although I felt bad for constantly calling him over he wasn’t bothered at all and was more than happy to help. To be honest we weren’t really planning on making a purchase that day but the experience we had in the store made it really easy to make a decision and that was mainly down to Richard’s help. Purchasing the bed and sorting out a delivery date was made very easy and I cannot wait for our new bed to get delivered.

Very friendly and knowledgable

Assistants advise and knowledge of requirements good, not pressured into buying, friendly and helpful. We felt happy to purchase because of this. Also the delivery company contact is good letting customer know times etc.
