very friendly and helpful staff, this is the second time I have ordered beds from this store (Dartford)

The young sales girl Lidia is very polite and helpful also the Manager who was on hand is pleasant and non pushing and no sales pressure. Will shop there again

I only had one hour to sort things out - I had an idea of what I wanted, it was there for me to test and the staff were quick and efficient in dealing with me.

I was really impressed by the quality of customer services from Joseph the sales adviser in Dartford who was outstanding and really helpful. His knowledge of the products was fantastic, he really took his time to make sure that I understood all the options available to me in making the right choice even when it was difficult for me to decide on the right product. However, he took his time in a very calm and friendly manner to explain in details all what I needed to know regarding the range of products and sales offers available which was really good, as it helped influence my decision. His professionalism is first class and I'm really pleased and highly satisfied with the product I purchased. Going by my customer experience, I'll gladly recommend Dreams stores to anyone looking for a good customer experience and a fantastic customer services. I had viewed the bed at another store and was now ready to buy while the sale was on at the Dartford Store. The assistant (Richard) was really helpful and gave just the right amount of interaction while my daughter and I were choosing. He was helpful with explaining the payment details and gave all my options for delivery in a clear manner, ensuring I was happy with the purchase before confirming. I am pleased that I could arrange a delivery date 2 months in advance which will give me time to decorate the bedroom. Thank you.

First new mattress in 15 years, had no idea what to even look for but the sales person explained the differences between the various styles and makes clearly and concisely so I had the confidence to buy a mattress that I was happy with.

The assistant was really friendly, he knew about the products, he told us about features and benefits of the beds we were looking at, suggested alternatives, didn't rush/pressure us into making a decision.
