As soon as we entered the store help was available and very friendly. the assistant was able to answer all our questions without hesitation. it did not take long to purchase what we wanted.

The moment we walked into the store the kind man named Joseph was there to help us. I explained what I wanted and he gave me that. As I was finding it hard to make my mind up he was not at all annyoed in fact he was encouraging me to test the bed as its a big and important purchase. From the moment we walked in to walking out I was extremely happy. Also I have now purchase a beautiful bed, mattress and two side tables I just can't wait for them to arrive.

The customer service sales person approached us shortly after entering store. Offered help but left us time to browse. Helped with purchase, knew products. Very helpful. Delivery date quick and convenient,

I am a large chap, my wife is petite, so it is important that our replacement bed and mattress suited both out needs. Richard was extremely helpful in explaining the differences between the beds and mattresses to suit both our needs.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Very patient with my little boy too.

Very friendly wasn't trying to push the most expensive mattress onto me but very thorough in explanation.

We explained that we had used a bed a the hotel where we were on holiday and Richard found us an identical bed. We were very pleased to find that the item we wanted to buy had a 20% reduction in price. We also bought new bed linen which again had a 30% reduction in price.

Jodie who served us was helpful but not intrusive and we were given time to try the products before making a decision with assistance
