Dreams - Dartford

I had already seen a bed my fiance and I were interested in online. I quickly found the model in our local showroom (Dartford) and was pleased with the build quality and appearance of it on closer inspection. The sales person, Jodie, was very helpful and answered the couple of questions I had, and made some helpful comments. I paid the deposit on the 20 mo finance scheme offered which was very very useful. I thought the £40 delivery charge was far too much however. The order took a long time to place, perhaps because of the finance aspect, but without rushing I don't think it could have been done any quicker the way the system seems to be set up. Overall I was very pleased with the experience and look forward to collecting our new bed.

Visited your Dartford store on Feb 21st and was greeted by a very pleasant sales assistant named Joe who welcomed us to the store. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient as we took quite some time to make our final decision on which bed to purchase. We were even offered a hot drink while making our minds up. Processing the order was dealt with very efficiently and we were given a good choice of delivery dates. Very impressed with our experience at Dreams and will return again in the future.

the staff were very knowledgeable and did not bother you when looking around. They did ask if we needed help but left us to browse, until we asked them to help. quality of item in store were good.

Excellent customer service. Staff were very happy to help and knew exactly what mattresses were in my price range and ensured that I could get the mattress when I needed it. Very efficient.

Joseph, who served us spent time explaining different products and looking up other products on-line so we could compare. We tried different mattresses that would be compatible with the adjustable bed we were buying. All in all we were entirely satisfied with the service we received. We were also offered refreshments (before we even made a purchase). All the staff were friendly and hospitable, to customers and each other. Nothing was too much trouble and we would certainly recommend Dreams in Dartford to everyone. We had popped into a rival bed store on our way to Dreams but left pretty quickly due to lack of customer service. We have since contacted Dreams after sales service as we have had to delay delivery of the bed through ill health, and everyone has been most helpful. We purchased our previous bed from Dreams, many moons ago

As soon as I entered the store I saw they had what I was looking for with the stile and makes and to add to this I must say the service was brilliant. The man dealing with my purchase was very friendly and extremely polite and explained everything very well.

Am saying highly satisfied because the lady who was assisting me was friendly and easily approached with great smile. I told her what i was looking for and she explained on the product and advised me on each and every bed and mattress i was looking at,which was so helpful and i went for the best. I just want to say she was great and helpful in every way.
