I was served by Joe and Lidia Joe's service was excellent which made me to back to the store again to buy the beds. Service was excellent . I am very pleased

I was served by Grace who was patient, supportive and keen. She encouraged me to try all the beds and informed me of the mattress design, it's soft/firm classification etc.

I visited the store last week and spoke to Joe. He remembered me. He gave me a very warm welcome and helped me to,achieve a favourable price for my goods. He went all out to help. He listened to my requirements and did not try 'textbook sales' which I hate. He was very accommodating. Thank you Joe. You are an asset to Dreams

We were highly satisfied with the help we received when we visited your Dartford store. The young man man who served us was named Joe and he could not have been more helpful. He showed us the slats that we we required for the bed we were purchasing and was very polite and explained everything that we needed to know. Were surprised at how quick the bed could be delivered. We would certainly shop with you again and would recommend you to friends and family.
