We where seen by a sales assistant as soon as we entered the store and where given help and advice on what was the correct mattress for us ie firm / very firm. We where very happy that the mattress was available for delivery the following week on the day and time that we needed. We where offered refreshments while they processed our order and we had very polite and friendly conversation with Grace the sales assistant. We shall defiently be shopping at dreams again in the future.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams because on the website there was a specific bed frame that caught my eye that suited my needs and I needed to see it in-store before making a purchase. A colleague named: Richard was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful during the time that I was at the Dreams store, I had a few questions regarding the bed frame that I wanted and he was able to answer all of them, which I was very happy with the answers.
