The customer service assistant, who's name I have forgotten by was a lovely Scottish lady, was very friendly, demonstrated great expertise and really understood our needs. She was paitent, found us the right solution and we never felt rushed or hurried, and made the purchasing process very easy. I also appreciated her understanding and demeaneour in helping my partner, who is a wheelchair user, in needing more time than normal to test our matresses. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in any store.

I visited the Leamington Spa store to enquire about the Murphy K Ottoman Bed Navy and was served by a lovely lady called Rosemary. She was really helpful and not only sold me the bed froam but also a new mattress and pillows. No high pressure sales, just very informative and knowledgeable. My husband and I are really looking forward to our new mattress and bed before Xmas!
