Rosie was so lovely, patient and knowledgable. If we needed a specific measurement she went and found it and came back to us. She helped us get the best price and best value items for our money. She didn’t pester and left us alone to make our decisions but made herself known for when we needed her. She was just so so pleasant. I couldn’t recommend her enough or the store. As a young couple we are often judged by looking at us for what we can afford, which is why we came back to dreams and to Rosie as she didn’t, she looked at us like any other customer and in turn got our custom.

The in store colleague (David) was extremely polite and helpful. I also really liked the technology used to establish the right sort of mattress for my sleeping position.

Terry was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. The bed machine was great at determining what we needed and it’s nice not to feel rushed. We were offered tea/coffee/water which was nice too.

The member of staff (Rosie) dealing with us was very professional, knowledgeable, able to explain the differences between different mattresses but not pushy. Gave us time to decide what we wanted. We were able to try the body scanning machine. We had gone in prepared to check out a few mattresses but not necessarily make decision on that day but we were so impressed that we placed an order that day.

Terry quickly understood our needs and recommended some excellent mattresses. We had used the dream mattresses analyser, but didn't like the options it printed out. Terry listened to us and found us what we liked promptly.

We first visited the Leamington Spa store in November and were greeted by Rosie. She spent a really long time with us, taking us through the whole journey. We used the machine to detect our ideal mattress and we were then shown a wide variety of options to try out. We left very satisfied with our visit and aimed to return the following week. For various reasons that was not possible, but we did not look elsewhere because we had received such brilliant service. We returned in early January 2022 and Rosie recognised us straight away and even remembered our names! It was wonderful. We asked to be left to try out a few mattresses and then, when we were ready, asked Rosie a few more questions. She is SO knowledgeable - it was ideal. We settled on both a mattress for ourselves and one for our guest bed. She successfully upsold us the mattress cover too! Thank you to Rosie, who deserves a medal for exceptional customer service.
