The Dreams assistant Wayne Martin was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable which made the whole buying process and decision making a real pleasure. He was attune to the needs of my elderly aunt and was a real gentleman. The shop itself had taken lots of extra precautions in light of Covid (extra PPE, covers on the bed, extra cleaning, restricted numbers at anyone time) which was another positive feature

I initially rang the night before the visit and was told there was only one mattress left of the choice I had made. When I went to the store in the morning, they helped me out straight away and quite swiftly. Really happy with the service and they were even kind enough to ask me if I needed help transporting the mattress into my car.
