My husband was politely greeted by staff member Jahanger as we entered the door of the Deans store, asked to use the sanitizer that was readily available and asked how he could be of help to us. We stated the reason why we were there and was given a bottle of water each to keep hydrated as the purchase was going to take some time. Jahanger was very patient and understanding and catered to our needs using his vast knowledge of the products we required. He conducted a computerised assessment so that we can get the correct mattress to fit each other needs. Jahanger made sure that we understood before taking the order.
