Scott and his colleague who initially welcomed us to the store were very friendly and helpful. They took time to consider our needs and made us feel very comfortable regarding the current alternative arrangements. Scott let us try a variety of mattresses and was able to give helpful guidance about individual items to help us compare them. The ordering process was quick and easy, and we didn't feel pressured into getting any additional services (although we did get the 8-year protection add-on). Overall, a very good experience, following several less satisfactory ones at competitors' stores. Especially pleased given that the staff were clearly very busy due to the current conditions, and were still able to give us a high level of service.

The salesman was very knowledgeable about the products, once we had explained what we wanted we found the items in no time at all. Due to the pandemic, hand cleanser, wipes, and water was offered to us and all the staff were wearing masks. this in itself is a great way to make us as a customer more at ease during this Virus period.
