The assistant (Ashley) was very good with customer service and he appears to know the product very well and was able to help with the right product to suit. He was very pleasant on approach and he pays attention to details.

Scott and his colleague who initially welcomed us to the store were very friendly and helpful. They took time to consider our needs and made us feel very comfortable regarding the current alternative arrangements. Scott let us try a variety of mattresses and was able to give helpful guidance about individual items to help us compare them. The ordering process was quick and easy, and we didn't feel pressured into getting any additional services (although we did get the 8-year protection add-on). Overall, a very good experience, following several less satisfactory ones at competitors' stores. Especially pleased given that the staff were clearly very busy due to the current conditions, and were still able to give us a high level of service.
