The shop assistant Jahangor was very professional assisting me in finding the right bed for my need. Very polite and helpful throughout. Even when I was indecisive with my choice he was very patient until I felt comfortable that I had made the right decision.

Jahanger (The Sleep Expert) was very knowledgeable and polite. When I did not understand something he explained it in a different way which made it clearer. Jahanger was patient when I could not make up my mind about which mattress to choose. He encouraged me to try the mattresses again and then explained the difference between my preferences. He also encouraged me to try the bed size to see the difference between a double and a small double. From his information, I was able to make a decision on which mattress and size bed to purchase. He was very helpful throughout the time he was serving me. He made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Thank you again Jahanger.
