Firstly the knowledge and efficiency of the sales person thought and care with regards to social distances and and cleansing starion for hands and paper sheeting for bed covering and offered bottled water if needed

From the moment we entered the store we were warmly greeted by Wayne Martin. He introduced us to Sleepmatch (at all times keeping with social distancing guidelines/measures and PPE). The Sleepmatch was a good experience and really narrowed down the mattresses that would be suitable. Wayne went through all the options, discussing all the benefits for each and every mattress that was recommended. We really felt looked after but at the same time never pressured. The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional and I would definitely recommend Branch B101 and especially Wayne.

Prabjot was very friendly, welcoming and well informed. He really put the effort to explain the different sorts of beds and mattresses. And had a great sense of humour.

Wayne was absolutely fantastic. He knew lots about the mattresses and we really trusted his advice as a result. Wayne did not pressure us to make a purchase and gave us the time and let us safely test out each mattress. I cannot commend him highly enough what a lovely representative

The approach, welcome , knowledge of the staff that assisted, social distancing, we were offered to try the beds and also put on a machine, which helped with making an informed decision.
