Wayne was friendly, quite knowledgeable and was mindful of social distancing at all times.

I am very satisfied about the service of the Manager who dealt with us and quickly found a suitable matress but I cannot rate the matress as I will not receive it until 2nd December. The actual experience of shopping in Dreams (our first visit) was first class.

Ashley was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I am 9 months pregnant and Ashley kindly let my husband and I in from queuing outside to sit somewhere comfortable inside until an agent was available. I felt very safe in the covid secure environment that the store are maintaining extremely well. Ashley served us from start to finish and matched us with a matress that suits our needs. He also was very mindful of my pregnancy throughout ensuring that I was comfortable. We had our matress delivered today and the delivery drivers also had a note that I was pregnant so it was great communication throughout from end to end. I would definitely recommend this store to friends and family.
