Very good customer service, explained things without pressure and was highly knowledgeable. Offered us some water to drink whilst wearing our masks. We did not come into store expecting to buy anything, 1 frame, 1 mattress and all the trimmings later we had spent over £2k

The price was what we was looking for, good quality of bed and service. Given the current difficult circumstances it was nice to have a happy member of staff greet and offer us water as the masks can get quite exhausting when wearing them a bit. Was offered the correct PPE so we could properly try out the beds in order to make the right purchase for us.

As soon as we walked through the door,someone was there to help us and explain the Healy and safety i.e sanitizer your hands, offered a bottle of water and protection with sitting on the beds etc Ashley was very helpful with getting our bed,we knew what we wanted and he run through the extras also will be back to get a mattress in the new year.

We had a lot of assistance and advice from the employee that assisted us at Dreams Chingford and were able to find the mattresses we were after at a very good price.
