The assistant was very helpful showed us around the beds and helped us make good decisions

Wayne, the sales assistant was knowledgable and helpful during the whole mattress searching process. Everything was very straightforward.

We arrived at Dreams Chingford to be greeted by a lovely gentleman Wayne, who then explained how the social distancing worked within the store, which made us feel much more confident to carry on within the store, We was shown where the water was and also asked if we would like a drink. After speaking to Wayne we decided on going for a firm/ extra firm mattress which he kindly showed us what was available also bringing pillows and covering to try the mattresses. After deciding on what mattress we wanted Wayne then kindly sat us down to check stock and availability and was told we can get delivery this Friday 16/04! Absolutely amazing service! Thank you Wayne and thank you Dreams.

Debbie was very knowledgeable and friendly. She listened to what we wanted and took us straight to those products. If she wasn't sure where something was, she would check on the system as she was new to the store. She went above and beyond to ensure we got everything we needed and even stayed late at work to get the results of my referred finance check and called me as soon as it went through (this is why I wasn't highly satisfied with the amount of time it took to put through the order, not because of Debbie). Thank you for your time, help and knowledge Debbie. I would definitely return to see you for future purchases.

Debbie at the Chingford branch was absolutely wonderful. I explained to her that this was our first move and I had never bought a mattress before. She went out of her way to explain the differences to me and was exceptionally friendly!

Abdul from the Chingford branch is a credit to Dreams. He followed all covid rules and was very knowledgeable with all products Dreams offer. He even offered us a bottle of water, a very polite salesman and I wasn’t pressured into buying anything.

I came into this store as we have bought 3 mattresses/beds here before and wanted the same mattress again. Whilst it was not in stock, Martin called me the next day to say this type of mattress had just come into clearance. I was really pleased he had remembered me, managed to remember my name and found my details to call me. He was excellent. He talked me through buying a clearance item, which we had not done before. Everything just felt above and beyond customer service. Everyone in store were courteous and considerate, but Martin was superb. Many thanks.
