Choosing a bed is a really daunting process and usually with this type of purchase, my eyes start glazing over and I just want it done as quickly as possible. Debbie was brilliant at helping us to understand all the options, she really listened to everything we needed and was very charming. We had a lovely visit to the Chingford branch and can’t wait for our new bed to be delivered.

We enjoyed the sleep science machine. Our assistant Jahanger was knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

The salesman I spoke to Wayne was exceptionally helpful from start to finish. I felt very safe and Wayne made sure we adhered to all restrictions but still made sure I saw all the different products I was interested in. Wayne was not pushy at all but was very knowledgeable and helped me purchase a new bed and mattress - great service 10/10
