Ashley who served us was highly knowledgeable and took his time to help with our purchase of a new bed for our son. He continued to show us other products we where browsing once we had completed the purchase of the bed and there was no pressure.

Abdul, our sales assistant, was very courteous, helpful and polite and assisted us very well.

I am highly satisfied with the service i received. Staff, Debbie, were very welcoming and offered us a drink as soon as we entered the building. She helped us understand thoroughly of which bed would be best for us and allowed us plenty time to make decisions. She was very friendly and had good communication. We felt safe in the building due to Covid-19 restrictions and rules. I would definitely recommend Dreams and come again for my next purchase.
