The gentleman who looked after us was very clear and ensured we knew that everything and was following guidelines and also if we needed anything he was available. He served us immediately, wrapped the mattress straight away and explained all, clear, direct, no waste of time, perfectly served and well home very happy.

We were served by Debbie who was very friendly and helpful. She offered us a bottle of water each, we were given a pillow with a paper cover to try out the beds and the bed machine. The shop was very clean and welcoming. We would certainly recommend our friends to shop at Dreams.

On arrival we were asked to listen to the safety measures of the shop procedure. The employee was very helpful and new what he was talking about.very satisfied with the whole shopping experience and yes I would go back if another bed is needed or I will recommend to friends and family
