We dealt with a guy called Gary, who was very professional and Knoledgeable , he guided us through the process and made it painless, he also understood our budget and met with our requirement, So overall very pleased and await the delivery of the new Bed,Thanks a lot Dream team !!

We were really looked after by Deborah who helped us find the mattress that we wanted. We were greeted at the door and we asked to use the sleep machine to find the right mattress. We were able to try lots of different ones as well as lots of different pillows to suit our needs. She was very patient with us whilst we discussed what we wanted and helped to explain the bed care that we can buy with our mattress and explained that we could get a mattress protector with it which is what we did. We said we didn't know our moving date yet so Deborah explained we can phone and change the date. Overall was very helpful and we ordered a mattress that suits us.

The lady Debbie (I think that was her name, at the Chingford store) was very informative and gave exampleS of how she sleeps with her pillow and highly recommend the Tempura brand as she too had one of their pillows. Once I had chosen the right one by testing it in one of the beds she took my over to pay, unfortunately they did not have it in stock but she suggested getting it order and delivered to my home address which I was pleased with as an alternative option. My brother needs a bed mattress and I will be recommending he visits her at the store to benefit from her advice and product knowledge.

Debbie was a great help, thanks to her we left with perfect mattress.

My wife and I were served by your sales colleague named Abdul. He was very knowledgeable, polite and attentive to our requirements. He gave us several options and made sure we were happy with the choice we had made. Most impressed with your colleague.

Gary was very helpful and took time to understand what we needed. And let us take the time to pick and feel the right bed and mattress for us. Also I like the Covid procedures in the branch were taken seriously and were offered a drink if needed

This was my first experience of buying a mattress and I was on a budget. I met store assistant Gary who was very friendly and went through all the covid protocols while in the store. He listened to my requirements for the mattress and showed me mattresses that were in my budget. Gary arranged for my mattress to be delivered at a date that is convenient for me. I will visit dream again and recommend this store to anyone.

From the moment we arrived, the help and support we received from the staff - how they greeted us, told us about the COVID rules (PPE and Social distancing), offering us water telling us how they would manage our purchase (and discounts product availability/delivery and free pillows!! I cannot think anything could be improved on

Debbie Blol assisted me in store and was highly professional courteous and knowledgeable. Debbie was able to provide me with all information I needed to make a decision to purchase in-store immediately. I was highly impressed with Debbie's customer service as well as being extremely accommodating regarding COVID-19 protocol.
