One of the Dream's team members Ashley was very helpful with our visit. He stayed with us from the beginning of our visit right to the very end of our purchase. He made us feel safe and secure when looking around the store and was knowledgeable on all products when we asked about them. As we just moved into the area, we mentioned we needed a bed ASAP and Ashley recommended products that we were able to take away on the day! Which was a very big help to us during our move. We also secured a good deal on the mattress which we were shown and had the chance to lay on it as Ashley wanted to make sure we chose the right fit for our new home. Overall very satisfied with the service given.

Abdul at the Chingford store was very helpful, polite and made the whole process very easy. He was very knowledgable and was great at showing us all our options and guiding us through the ordering service.

My partner and I arrived to Dreams Chingford store and as soon as we entered we were greeted by Debbie. She explained the COVID safety measures, invited us to sanitise our hands and offered us a drink. She then asked if we needed assistance which we accepted. She ran us through the virtual bed / body assessment (sorry forgot the name of the product!). She showed us to every single item it matched us too, accounted for our budget and then also found alternatives not highlighted by the assessment. Her service was absolutely faultless. We left the store without purchasing but the impression she left was amazing. We visited around 5-10 other stores throughout the same day and nothing came close. We could have gotten very similar products for very similar prices (Barring the clearance section) but we decided to return and purchase from Debbie just to the level of service and attentiveness she offered. We could not have had a better experience at all - friendly, welcoming, safe, clean, thorough, knowledgeable, professional. Debbie deserves real credit.

Debbie our assistant was highly knowledgeable and very helpful. She made us feel safe with the new hygiene restrictions from the moment we entered the store. My son tried many beds and she answered all our questions. Debbie is a good staff member who showed she cared.

Ashley the staff assisting us was fantastic! He was generously helpful, he went above and beyond to get us what matched our preferences within the timeframe we wanted it. He used the mattress picker to select the right mattress for us and made us try several before making our decision. He was very patient, accommodating and he knows his stuff. If not for his admirable personality and great customer we probably would have changed our mind.
