I attended the Dreams Chingford store with my mum to buy her mattress. Ashley greeted us and explained the PPE safety precautions and offered us hot and cold drinks. He explained the Sleepmatch technology and guided mum through the process. He then showed us the different mattresses and listened to the feedback my mum gave to use his knowledge of the stock to find a better match for my mum. I returned the next day with both parents and specifically chose to see Ashley again. He repeated the same process for my dad. He went through pillows and guarantees taking time to explain everything to my parents, including bed bases and headboards. He then processed the order checking carefully at each step and arranging the delivery date. He was excellent and an asset to your store. I would recommend Ashley and the Dreams store to friends and family based on our experience.

The sales person was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the products. He took time to explain and to reasure me where I had any doubts about the products.

I first spoke to Gary on the phone as I wanted to know about delivery. I came to the store in a wheelchair with my daughter-in- law. Gary showed us how to get into the store. He knew all there was to know about the products and nothing was too much trouble. Gary escorted us out of the building to ensure that we were safe as there is no drop down kerb. He is a star
