we saw advert which said 20% off when we came into store it was on selected items only, and delivery schdule is quite poor and even if we were to pick up from store due to inconvenience of waiting in for delivery the delivery fee could not be taken off the purchase price which we though was unfair.

Wayne Martin approach and knowledge of products was outstanding. His advice and recommendations helped us decided on the beds that we purchased.

There is always room for improvement. But, highly satisfied with stafff. This is why this purchase of a bed is the second this year. Staff at this store are very good.

We could not find a suitable mattress to go with the bed Our choice was very expensive

What was required was quickly found and all was in stock and delivery was acceptable time Chaps name was Ashley / 101

Bedroom furniture which i had reserched when it came to ordering was told no longer available which the staff did not know had been replaced but was no near as nice. very disappointed as had already spent quite a lot on my other bedroom furniture from Dreams.

Everything was OK, but I am a difficult person to "highly satisfy".
