We went to Dreams because of an advert saying that there was a half price sale. However the half price applied to very few items. We had decided to buy a mattress that day and do not have the time or inclination to shop around. The availability and attitude of you staff were what counted in making this purchase.

We wanted a superking and settled for a king in the end as they didn't have a bed which met all of our criteria. Nevertheless we are very happy with our purchase.

My husband and I were satisfied with the service and product we ended up purchasing. We got what we were looking for and as a savvy shopper we did visit other stores and at Dreams we managed to find a better quality bed with more pros for £50 less than the other store and the delivery charge was welcomed compared to what the other stores offered.

Nice prompt service from IAN without being over bearing, useful suggestions too. Wouldve been perfect if DREAMS could've supplied my first choice bed in under a month, too long to wait, chose another product

There was a problem with booking delivery while we were in the store, due to an issue with the Dreams system. We were assured that we would still get the same booking date once the system was back up and running. Initially we were very disappointed, as the assistant's initial promises weren't fulfilled. Nonetheless, credit must be given to Ashley in the Chingford store - after complaining, and making clear our disappointment that our initial expectations had not been met, he put in some extra effort to ensure that he was able to fulfil his initial promises.

I expected the delivery to be free, as I would on any product I bought that was over £100
