We had trouble finding a delivery slot that suited our needs. After 15 minutes we came to a conclusion.

I found the variation in firm/very firm mattresses to be misleading, although I do realise that this was just a guide.

We had to find an assistant to come and help us, which wasn't a major problem as it was a busy Sunday afternoon but would have been nice if someone had approached us.

Everything was good but did not come up to highly satisfied - the show room could have been decorated nicer giving a better feeling on entering. However the staff were very helpful and there was a lot of choice. I have not received the bed yet so cannot comment on how good product is or the efficiency of delivery.
