There is always room for improvement hence satisfied, which is very good in my book.

Not enough staff serving on tills and the products were spread around the store with little to guide the customer

I was satisfied! I was buying a mattress not a Rolls Royce!

They did not have the specific mattress that I wanted and the prices exceeded my budget

We had trouble finding a delivery slot that suited our needs. After 15 minutes we came to a conclusion.

I found the variation in firm/very firm mattresses to be misleading, although I do realise that this was just a guide.

We had to find an assistant to come and help us, which wasn't a major problem as it was a busy Sunday afternoon but would have been nice if someone had approached us.

Parking space was limited, had to park far away from the store

Very helpful staff, never pushy, listened to our requirements & tried to help as much as possible.

Everything was good but did not come up to highly satisfied - the show room could have been decorated nicer giving a better feeling on entering. However the staff were very helpful and there was a lot of choice. I have not received the bed yet so cannot comment on how good product is or the efficiency of delivery.
