From the greeting and reassurance at the door regarding safety (that they encouraged us to use masks and sanitiser and NHS app), to the technology which assessed the best beds to try, and the knowledgeable, friendly and attentive staff (Ashley was particularly knowledgable and helpful), I had a great experience. I spent more than I intended to and feel I've made the right choice. I was not pushed by the staff to do this. They were very kind and reasonable. A great shopping experience (also trying out beds is a relaxing Saturday morning:)

We were welcomed by WAYNE MARTIN and all the way throughout the time we spent there, he assisted us with all the questions we had. We looked at over 10 mattresses and 5 bases and throughout he was very helpful and answered all our questions. Even when we ordered we changed few times and he calmy assisted throughout the purchase. We also wanted the bed to be delivered before a certain date and he did all he can to make sure it happened. His customer skills were excellent and I will definitely return if needed.

We booked our appointment at 9 am and we're greeted by jahanger on time. He briefed us on the health and safety rules and put is at ease. We did the survey to find the right mattress and tried all options. Jahanger was patient and listed to us on what we were seeking. We selected a bed frame, three side tables, mattress, bed protector and two pillows. Jahanger spent 1.30hours with us painstakingly checking prices and discounts that were available. He was incredibly kind and patient with us. We have bought many items in person for our home and never have been treated so we'll in the last 10 years. Dreams are lucky to have someone like jahanger.
