As we were puschasing a 4foot bed and mattress we could not see what we were buying as there was no selection in this size in store.

The main issue was the cost of delivery. Many other stores can deliver to the store of choice and then the customer can pick it up for free. This was not an option with Dreams. We either had to pay a large delivery cost or pickup from a far location.

We know that dreams product are high quality product but I personally would like some quality product =reasonable price.secondly dreams at Chingford doesn't have lift or ramp for those who have buggies\wheelchair.

I wasn't highly satisfied because the product was out of stock and it will take 6-7 weeks to arrive.

We scheduled a delivery date on Wednesday, because we were going on holiday. However eceived communication from that it will be on Monday. Was not easy to find a number to call and reschedule! Suggestions: do not take initiative to change the delivery date, because there might be a good reason for selecting a particular date. But if you offer a service whereby you offer a earlier delivery date when you have a free slot suddenly appear, talk to your customers first.
