Products were considerably more expensive than similar products else were. Also 7 days for a delivery js a little inadequate this occasion as the mattress was urgent

Store looked tired but Glen the assistant was extremely helpful

Jason, the Sales Assistant who served me had only been At the store 6 weeks, he told me - previously working in a Restaurant.So, I think he is obviously still learning the ropes and understandably didn't have the product knowledge to give me all options available although he di his best.

The service, and friendliness of the staff was amazing. I was just disappointed with the overall cost of mattresses and despite getting one of the cheapest in store ended up taking out finance as my bill was double what I had wanted to pay. The store would benefit greatly with a guest lift as we needed to leave out buggy downstairs and carry our baby. Staff offered to help carry the buggy which wasn't necessary for us however I don't know how they would manage this with a disabled guests.

I cannot give top marks until I have received and used the product. I will not have started using it until delivery next month

My Wife and I came to Dreams without really knowing what we wanted or what was available but within a short amount of time we were being guided through what was on offer by a very helpful and welcoming assistant (Onye.) It didn't feel like we were pushed into anything we didn't want to buy, and she was very understanding to our needs, first rate customer service.
