The store especially the upstairs was far to hot when walking upstairs the heat really hit you. Did make my mood a little lower bit irratable.

I am satisfied. I only don't know if the price I paid for this is worth. Generally I have been looked after very well. The assistance was exceptional. I am very happy customer! Keep it up the good work😀👍

Delivery time as longer then we would have expected these days and I was surprised that we had to pay to have the old futon taken away when we spent over £1000.

Once we agreed, an error was made on processing the 0% finance application. We had to go through the process 3 times before it was finally processed
