Quality of some of the Products could be better

I did research before going to the store so knew the mattress I wanted. I was simply there to try it before ordering. The little assistance I needed was very good and I was taken care of quickly. The store generally however was not the most inspiring should I have been there initially looking for a product. It felt every bit the large warehouse full of beds with little thought for planning or themes. For what I needed however everything was very satisfactory.

My only issue is it takes over 2 weeks to deliver. This needs to be quicker - especially in an era of Amazon prime.

The original bed frame I wanted couldn't be delivered until August which is a long wait as I urgently needed a bed because I was moving into a new property. However, the sales assistant, Glenn, was able to find me something similar which I actually ended up preferring.

I felt some of the products were highly priced considering that they were on offer. However the quality look and felt very good. My experience was very good and my wife and kids were happy with our purchase.

I knew roughly what I was looking for before I came into the shop. However, after speaking with Ashley and he seemed to understand exactly what I was looking for and advised me on my options very clearly without me feeling confused or pressurised of any sort. I spent quite a long time in the shop. I had time to think about it, I had time to 'sleep' on it - literally!! and I came away with the product that I like and at the price that is within my budget. I am happy and that was one of those good retail experience.

To be highly satisfied would have meant getting the product for free and the have my feet massaged whislt perusing the goods. However, I was extremely pleased will all aspects of the Dreams experience and the product so far is excellent.

OUr customer experience itself was fantastic. The moment we entered we were greeted by Glenn and offered a drink. We were given time to walk around alone to look at the products but once we needed assistance Glenn was there to help. He walked us through our options, let us test our mattress and answered all our questions. He helped us with picking out new bed linen and also offered payment options for us and disposal options of our old bed. What i found negative was the complete lack of professionalism among other colleagues when they were not helping others. I could hear conversations that I felt inappropriate and I thought it was extremely inappropriate for the desk next to our to have 3 500ml cans of energy drink sitting on them. I have no issues with energy drinks but to have three on a desk made it seem unprofessional and they could have been put away to have one at a time. After the original offer of a drink we were not offered another even though we were in the shop on a hot day for over an hour. Our delivery time was over two weeks after purchase as well. In general though, Glenn was extremely helpful and we were happy with our experience.
