I cannot Mark my experience as highly satisfied as I have not yet had delivery of the bed that was selected as suitable for my needs. The assistant Ashley was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time giving me information but the proof of the pudding is in the eating.

My experience was good. I was shown the products by a new employer and he was knowledgeably but nervous. He did receive support and assistance from a more experience employer. I am not basing my experience on the employer. I think with so many products the grouping of products could be in price range not by name brand.

We very pleased with the attention given just us the moment we walked in. Scott knew the product that we were looking for and offered use more advice that we did not have knowledge of. Tony very cheerful and good communication skills. Even offered water to drink. Well pleased customer

In general I was pleased with the price of the product and the assistance that I received during the visit. The only downside was that I wanted the item quickly and whilst this was available for the bed frame the mattress would not be available until the following week which was not pleasing. I did initially request for them to be done on separate orders but then when the money was taken it went through on the same order which I received an apology. I was told that I could ring customer service to rectify this but to be honest I am very busy and simply do not have the time so I will wait until September 6th for delivery as I have already booked the day off.
