More expenses than I wanted

My requirement was for a quality king size mattress, i was ofcourse assisted at Dreams, however every customer walking into Dreams is not decisive as there are a lot questions related to quality, price, delivery date, make of the product which may influence the decision, I am not highly satisfied, as i was only assisted, not given or explained about the product; even after i repeatedly mentioning that i have backache and am specifically looking for a good mattress. Trust someone will read this review and make small tweak NEXT time. Thank you.

it is ridiculous it takes over a week for my mattress to be delivered in this day and age! I also do not like the restrictions in buying a mattress regards the no refund policy.

i believe the price for the items i bought was a little too much and was not happy to have to wait 2 weeks for items to be delivered.

I visited many shops today and the discount available to a customer was hugely different to the one I received at dreams having very limited budget to spend. On top of bed frame purchased care plan and assembly but still no option to have a reasonable discount when most shops offered at least £100 on top of sale price

Isn't satisfied enough? The staff member was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. However I also got the impression that he (rather staff in store) had been ordered to target certain products to sell.
