Dreams - Chingford

Price a bit higher than I was expecting. Not really the operators fault but between the time he first spent time with us and when we decided to order, he was with another customer making an order and we had to wait.

I was very satisfied with the service The member of staff was very helpful store was very clean ok very satisfied

The shop assistant was rushing and didnt pay much attention on us

Just store was a little dated. And I find Dreams quite expensive

I felt I was in the shop far too long...way over an hour and a half. The assistant manager was great but had to deal with another customer leaving me with a sales man who I found was okay but looking quite miserable like he did not want to be there and extremely slow through the sales process.

There was no air conditioning or fans in the store and it was therefore extremely hot. However the assistant, Jahanger. Proactively provides us with ice cold water at regular intervals.

T he Assistant was very polite and patient He did not rush us he gave us plenty of time to make our minds up.

Expensive

I am really happy with Dreams Chingford, I walked in and was greeted immediately. I was really unsure of what I actually wanted I only knew that I liked a firm matteress. The consultant ( Jahanger) listend carefully to what I had to say and actually recommended a bed that I had seen online a week before entering the store. However the bed was unavailable online in the size I required but fortunately there was an ex-display model of the bed I wanted in store.

The options for bunk beds was limited. We live in London and compact beds are a must in a limited spaces. It's a massive market here for it. The lack of underbed storage was an issue,as well as the delivery time. I would expect it no later than a week usually from other stores like John Lewis or stompa itself. The deliver cost shouldn't be added I think it's just better to increase the price slightly and offer free delivery over certain amount. It just looks better for the buyer not like a hidden sudden cost. I was happy with the good value for money dismantling fee. My husband was even happier!!!
