Dreams - Chingford

I bought 2 mattresses the week previously and this time I bought the ottoman bed frame and headboard. I expected a larger discount. I saw online if I bought the mattress and bed together I would have received 20% discount. However the discount given was around 10%.

I was hoping for slightly higher discount on the mattress.

I would only suggest more staff availability as was very busy

Although the service in store was great and the sale price of the item was excellent, we were a little disappointed that the wait for delivery of our new mattress would be a month.

The service was a little slow and the process of entering details was prone to human error.

The wrong mattress was delivered. When we rang up and spoke to Jahangier who was who we had placed the order with..he was adamant it was the right mattress and said rudely there was nothing he could do. My husband had to take photos of the incorrect mattress, drive to the store to show an assistant in store (not Jahangier!!) & they confirmed it was the wrong one! My husband then had to return home...squeeze the mattress in his car and return it to the store and then take a new one back home in the car despite having paid the extra cost for a Saturday delivery between 7 & 12. The manager and another store member were very apologetic and helpful as were the delivery drivers...they were extremely efficient and helpful but we were not happy with the service from Jahangier.

No toilet facilities. Salesman spoke too quietly.

I cannot commend Ashley's service high enough. Although I was let down by his colleagues while he was absent from the store. It meant a delay in processing my order, but Ashley made sure to rectify the issue immediately.
