The salesperson was not available, we had to go to desk to ask for help.Previously when we visited the store we left as one one was available to serve us. However once The nice salesman did come to us he was very nice and patient while I dealt with other matters on my phone.

The salesperson was highly experienced at sales , knowledge of products and the process. Not rated highly satisfied as I didn't feel special as a customer, rather, it was clear he was going through a process. Would be great if the service was a little more personalized.

The need for two carriers to deliver two single beds while collecting one double from our home is a bit concerning. Will the timings work out ok ?

The store layout is confusing, information on some products was not helpful (how many springs??), no lift to first floor, no information at all on the clearance items so pointless even looking at them, store was too hot...

Just the options for delivery timings! We don’t get the keys to our new flat until 1pm and wanted delivery the same day. Have to chance it!

THe store was dated, the layout and organisation was poor. Stained carpet. Upstairs clearance section was a mess. Lots of empty floor space.

Only that I was shopping far away from home and some items were not available for delivery to Bristol and not all items were available as soon as I needed.

The first assistant we dealt with was very nice but his voice kept lowering when speaking so had to keep asking to repeat what he was saying, we did mention this to him, I’m sure he will improve
