Dreams - Chingford

The store doesn't look very inviting. It could be improved with nicer colours, bedding with covers make it more homely. the first person we talked to didn't listen to what we wanted and kept pointing us to a product we didn't like. We were glad that we found Ashley , who in turn was very understanding of our needs and had a much better product knowledge.

Long lead time on product which promised before Christmas delivery

Ashley was very knowledged and thorough with the whole process.

The delivery time was too long.

Some items are overpriced

Looking for more design & Fabric choice not available

Just that a lot of the mattresses were highly priced and there wasn't a lot of choice of more affordable mattresses. I have been a student for two years, haven't started my job yet but have moved into a property that required me to furnish it and I couldn't afford most of the products available in the store.

Highly satisfied suggests I was expecting something spectacular, I was only buying a mattress.

I wanted the delivery to be sooner

Would have preferred to pay not as much as I did and bed chosen not being on stock meaning we were not given a delivery date
