We were satisfied with the service, however it would have been nice to have a greater variety of suitable mattresses to try. We had 2 mattresses that were completely unsuitable so it felt like our choice was quite limited which considering the price of the mattresses does not feel like you are able to make much of a choice.

Delivery time was too long (10 days), had to arrange for a van to come and get it sooner instead
