I attended the chingford branch and was met by Wayne Martin who made me and my partner feel very welcomed. He was extremely professional and understood all of our needs! He was also very knowledgable on the products that dreams offered and with his advice and understanding, we purchased the perfect mattress for us within the budget we laid out to him from the offset! We made a decision there and then due to the service and expertise offered to us! 10/10

Ease of parking, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, in particular Wayne Martin. Space to walk around the store, wasn't too busy, enough staff availability and even the cup of tea which was offered was very tasty.

We were served by James on our visit. I needed a bed frame and a mattress to be delivered to me on Good Friday to coincide with me moving house. James was able to coordinate the delivery of the goods to my time frame. He was knowledgeable and understanding. It was a pain free shopping experience, opposite to the customer service we had experienced elsewhere!
